Nowadays the public conscience feels solicitude for creation of private business, not that of nationwide projects. That state of matters is a grand  problem both for the country and each of us in the long term. We, society, are busy with solely concrete domestic problems. Each one pursue  answers how to find a chance of the life time and go for it, in the current and challenging situation, so that a “clever one”, with all his skills, doesn’t  remain “poor”.
