THE PRODUCTS OF THE DEFENSE COMPLEX IN THE CIVIL SPHERE

 The development of applied science and the most advanced producing operations in our country historically related with the militaryindustrial complex (OPK). The notion of the military industrial complex was born in 1930 years of the last century, as the merger (synthesis) of research institutions, designengineering departments, industry enterprises, basic industries, focusing on the production of defense products. Destroyed our domestic militaryindustrial complex in the period of «restructuring» 1990-ies, we are not only struggling with the phenomenon of militarization of the economy, but also damaged our own ability to produce high-tech products. At the turn of the century the society and the authorities were aware of the need to protect national interests. The economic safety of the country is unthinkable without its military security, and serious efforts were made to strengthen the militaryindustrial complex, its preserving and development.
